Role:

The Employee Benefits Account Manager supports the sales process of employee benefits to customer. The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPoint
Note: This role is not related to an employee benefits administrator role.

This role supports the sale of employee benefits products.

Required.

We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success.
Computer literate

Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPoint
Multi-tasking
• Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.

Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospects WE PROVIDE LEADS!
Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners.
Quote and sell policies
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission
