Onward Search is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a dynamic school team in Cook County, IL.
This full-time, in-person role will begin in early January 2025 and continue through the remainder of the school year.Details You Should Know:

Collect and analyze data on student progress, behavior, and interventionsImplement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBAProvide one-on-one and small group instruction to studentsManage behavior calls and provide support during challenging situationsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective student supportMaintain accurate and timely documentationAssist with classroom management and ensure a safe, supportive learning environmentQualifications:
Current IL RBT certification requiredExperience working with students with autism or other behavioral needs preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:
