West Monroe is actively seeking a Manager, Consulting Solutions Development & Commercialization. You will be a key part of the Offerings function within West Monroe's Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will lead the creation and/or refinement of our most impactful horizontal offerings to drive value for our clients. The Offerings function's charter is to fuel West Monroe's organic growth by productizing repeatable offerings and continuous innovation on how we sell and deliver.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with the GTM function and cross-functional line teams to manage the process of defining, designing, and rolling out horizontal offerings. You will be the go-to resource for the day-to-day project management and execution of the offering development process.
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of comfort with ambiguity. This person is passionate about technology, innovation, data analysis, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive initiatives forward. This person thrives in environments where a test-and-learn approach is needed. Having strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease is important.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below).
