Position Summary for ICU Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical care to our patients in the ICU. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a per shift basis, while ensuring the supervision of nursing staff to whom care is delegated. You will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care, ensuring clinical staff competency and efficient resource management for patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct clinical patient care with compassion and professionalism.
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate tasks.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining care standards.
Qualifications:
License and Skills:
Current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Advocate for the nursing profession and serve as a role model.
Education:
Required:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Preferred:

Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
Certification:
Must hold current licensure, certification, or registration as required by law and policy.
CPR certification required.
