Job Summary:

Partner with Accounting, Sales, Operations, IT, senior management, and other leaders across the organization to provide clarity and enable solid business decisions through financial insight and metrics-based analysis via Excel and other Windows-based software. Responsible for building financial models, forecasts, metrics analysis, reports, and tracking systems. Report and clearly communicate conclusions, identifying opportunities for improvement in profit and/or cost savings. Essential Job Functions:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Collaborate with key leaders to identify opportunities for reporting and analysis that will help drive results across the organization.
Analyze business and financial data to provide actionable insight for management.
Prepare and review monthly and other periodic financial reports as requested by management.
Identify, evaluate, and quantify risks and opportunities.

Provide Forward-Looking Financial Models for All Versova Companies:

Develop annual financial budgets, periodic forecasts and related reports for organizational leaders.
Create financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision-making.
Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.

Provide Ad Hoc Analysis as Directed:

Accurately prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis in a timely manner upon request.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Minimum 2 years accounting or finance experience is required.
Experience with analyzing investments and hedging/risk management strategies preferred.
Experience with analyzing CAPEX proposals and post-implementation analysis preferred.
Ability to work with large data sets using analytical tools and automation preferred.
Knowledge of general accounting principles.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Proficiency with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent customer service, verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Effective organizational, stress and time management skills.
Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
