Resumen General del Puesto:
Brindar apoyo al Gerente de la Sucursal y segn sea asignado en el distrito, en el desarrollo de los equipos con el objetivo de alcanzar o exceder las metas establecidas, a travs del liderato, el anlisis, la maximizacin de las solicitudes de prstamo, el servicio al cliente y el cobro efectivo de cuentas. Apoyar en la administracin diaria de la sucursal asignada, en la preparacin de informes de situacin y estadsticos sobre la operacin, conforme al cumplimiento de polticas, procedimientos y leyes aplicables.
