Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Flexible, 40 hours per week

Location: Vi at The Glen - Glenview, IL (***/locations/il/chicago-glenview)

Setting: On-campus Home Health, Continuing Care Retirement Community

Diverse CCRC Setting: Skilled Nursing,

Assisted Living, Independent Living,

Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient

Pay: up to $50 per hour (based on experience/location)

Qualifications:

Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Minimum one (1) year experience in a health care setting; previous experience in home health, preferred

Must meet Clinical Competency requirements

Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.

Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Current CPR certification
