Job Purpose

EnerSys has embarked on a journey to implement a best-in-class PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Solution across the organization. This is a significantly complex business transformation program. Some of the core modules have been implemented but still need acceleration to improve adoptability, simply our PLM landscape & implement new capabilities. The Global PLM Systems vision is to serve as a single source of truth for all Product Data and improve collaboration across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work with the business stakeholders to collect requirements for Product Data & Lifecycle Management.
Capture the requirements in Azure Dev Ops as Features/User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, requesting stakeholder and persona involved in the feature/user story. Ensure the business signs off on the requirements.
Capture As-Is process during the requirements gathering process.
Work with the PLM Solution Architect to develop a technical solution and ensure the solution is documented in the Azure Dev Ops. Develop the To-Be process after the solution is developed.
Support the development team during development of the feature in PLM System to clarify requirements.
Perform internal testing and support business stakeholders to complete UAT. Ensure the UAT is completed and signed off by the business stakeholder(s).
Support the training team to develop user documentation to ensure the user documentation fits the users' expectations and needs.
Perform user training if required.
Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 8 years PLM Business Architect/Analyst experience and hands-on use of a PLM system.
Must have worked with an ERP system to create items or integrate with PLM system.
Must have experience integrating PLM System with other Enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, SharePoint etc.
Bachelor's degree in computer science/ engineering.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Windchill PLM System
Experience with SAP ERP system
Experience with CAD tools like CREO and/or SolidWorks
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
Language Skills

Must be business proficient in reading & writing English.
Preferred language skills in French, German.
Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office and MS Project applications
Proficient in one of the scrum tools like Jira, Rally or Azure Dev Ops
