Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our team as a partner. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a dual ownership structure alongside our existing Surgeon and Cosmetic Physician Partners. The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, sharing our mission to provide the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures with an emphasis on aesthetic surgery of the face and body, breast reductions, and breast reconstructions.
Initially handle the majority of insured procedures (excluding upper blepharoplasties) and share 50/50 the cosmetic cases from non-specific patient requests.
Gradually assume more responsibilities with a view to taking over the practice.
Qualifications:


Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery (Facial plastic surgeons will not qualify for this position).
Completed fellowship in cosmetic surgery or breast surgery highly preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in the full spectrum of general plastic surgery.
A strong connection to the South, through upbringing, education, or familial ties, is advantageous.
