Summary of Responsibilities:

This position is for a 10-week Summer Internship. The Retail Banking and Transformation Summer Intern, Project Management will support a line of business support our National Banking within Retail Banking and Transformation.

This 2025 Summer Internship is for graduate students who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.

Essential Functions:

The intern will support our Santander Digital expansion: Support PMO in delivery planning
Support on building project status report
Support in organizing agendas and meeting invites
Support on analyzing potential risks and escalate potential delays
Support on ad hoc presentation to Executive members
Requirements: A graduate student in a business or related field with an expected graduation date between Fall 2025 - Spring 2026
Experience in Project Management or familiarity with Agile Method a plus
A cumulative GPA or 3.0 or above
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Jira experience is recommended
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced market environment
Solid professional and personal work ethic
Ability to work independently on special projects
Ability to work in an environment that supports employees from all backgrounds and fosters an environment of inclusion.
Working Conditions: Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.
Travel to multiple facilities may be required.
May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.
Corporate / satellite office role.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Salary: $83,200 - $83,200/year
