Role Description
This is a full-time position.
Looking for a qualified estimator who can work in PlanHub, Excel and CAD software.
Candidate needs to be able to look at CAD elevations and plans and take Precision takeoffs providing all Moulding & Millwork related products and costing on an organized Excel spreadsheet.
This includes working with suppliers, vendors, project managers, and various aspects of communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
Strong CAD and Estimating skillset
Highly organized work.
Knowledge of millwork and design principle
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the woodworking or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Hiring Manager Notes:
Needs to be strong in CAD Estimating Software
MUST Understand Moulding and Interior Millwork
Work in Microsoft suits and be power user in excel.
Strong technical skills
Be a thinking and mindful person
Pay Range: $50k-60k yearly with Benefits - Bonus/Health/Vision/401K
