Primary Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees within the department.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with company goals.
Act as a liaison between the department and senior management, providing updates and insights on departmental performance.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the department.
Make informed decisions based on data analysis and feedback from team members.
Job Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred

Experience
3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably within compliance.
Proven experience successfully leading teams and managing projects.
Ability to sort, filter, and create basic formulas in Excel
