What Is Your Voice, Inc. is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to oversee our team of clinicians and their clients in Sussex County, Delaware. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of trauma-informed care for survivors of domestic violence, addiction, intimate partner abuse, teen dating violence and family violence. What Is Your Voice, Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit focused on empowering individuals and families affected by domestic violence. We provide peer to peer holistic rehabilitation and community reintegration services, helping survivors rebuild their lives. With over 450 families successfully and 45 rehoused in Sussex County, we're passionate about creating a culture of safety, freedom, and empowerment.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll lead and support our team of clinicians, ensuring excellence in client care. You will oversee client cases, uphold trauma-informed care principles, and provide guidance to your team.
