What Is Your Voice, Inc. is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to oversee our team of clinicians and their clients in Sussex County, Delaware. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of trauma-informed care for survivors of domestic violence, addiction, intimate partner abuse, teen dating violence and family violence. What Is Your Voice, Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit focused on empowering individuals and families affected by domestic violence. We provide peer to peer holistic rehabilitation and community reintegration services, helping survivors rebuild their lives. With over 450 families successfully and 45 rehoused in Sussex County, we're passionate about creating a culture of safety, freedom, and empowerment.

Our full-service campus is a hub for transformation and support, featuring:

Three low-income transitional houses that provide a safe and stable environment for survivors.
Onsite offices where our clinicians and advocates collaborate to provide top-quality care.
Mini storage units stocked with essential provisions to meet our clients' immediate needs.
The Empowerment Center, a dedicated space for group therapy, team meetings, and volunteer activities.
Engagement Center/Podcast Center-coming soon
Healing Garden/ Greenhouse/Playground-coming soon.

Position Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll lead and support our team of clinicians, ensuring excellence in client care. You will oversee client cases, uphold trauma-informed care principles, and provide guidance to your team. This is an opportunity to lead by example, foster professional growth, and make a direct impact on the lives of survivors in our community.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor clinicians, providing ongoing support and training to ensure high-quality client care.
Review and oversee client cases, ensuring compliance with trauma-informed care practices and organizational values.
Lead team meetings and case conferences to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
Monitor and support clinicians' professional development, including licensure and continuing education.
Ensure adherence to state regulations and organizational policies regarding client care.
Foster a culture of safety, trust, and empowerment within the clinical team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being:

Salary$70,000$87,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
10 PTO days annually after a 90-day probationary period.
Two weeks of vacation annually, increasing to three weeks after three years of service.
Up to 13 paid holidays this year.
33 hours week
Mon-Thursday 9-4pm Hybrid, Friday 9-2pm Virtually

Qualifications

Active LCSW
Minimum of 35 years of clinical experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and survivor advocacy.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to empowering survivors and fostering team growth.
