Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the backbone of the IT team, ensuring smooth operations and stellar service.
Manage IT administrative tasks such as preparing team reports, maintaining meeting agendas, and documenting technical procedures.
Coordinate equipment preparation and distribution within the office and support vendor relationships.
Organize project timelines, gathering software requirements from users, and assisting with new application testing.
Deliver user-friendly training sessions, and create "how-to" guides, quick reference materials, and other IT documentation.
Handle incoming technical support requests with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Assist with IT audits, including report preparation and reminders, while maintaining confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:

Experienced.
You bring at least 2-3 years of IT support experience, ideally in professional services or a nonprofit setting.
Tech-savvy.
You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a basic understanding of project management.
Highly organized.
You excel at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communicator.
You can explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way while confidently engaging in advanced technical discussions.
Team player.
You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also take charge of independent tasks with confidence and efficiency.
