Find your Steamboat Dream job today!!Resume required.ESSENTIAL DUTIESAssist department manager with supervision of front of house staffBe accountable for labor and cost of goods.Assist with monthly inventoryAssist employees with overall food preparation and customer serviceProvide on the job trainingAssist with management of daily operationsPerform scheduling duties and guest relationsOversee building safety issues, ie:
Food safety program, snow clearing, hazmat, repairs and maintenanceEnsure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirementsOther duties, as assignedPositions on mountain required ability to ride or ski to work.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSTwo years restaurant experience in a supervisory role, preferredMust possess good organizational, interpersonal problem-solving leadership and team building skillsAdhere to all safety policiesMust have a valid driver's licenseProblem solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers.Be a consistent role model for company's Service Excellence standardsMust be at least 18 years of ageLift up to 40 lbs.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation total compensation package for employees.
