Space Strategist Executive Assistant
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Required Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI or SCI eligibility
Minimum Salary: $75,000 annually

What You Will Do:
As a Space Strategist Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the customer and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to handle a wide range of tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Who You Are and What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field AND minimum of two (2) years administrative experience preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent planning and time management skills
High level of integrity and discretion
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Ability to be maintain discretion and confidentiality of information and materials
Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
Act as the point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external customers.
Maintain calendar and schedule appointments for customer.
Maintain and update records, documents, and files with high attention to detail.
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Handle requests and queries from internal and external customers.
Take notes at meetings and provide meeting summaries.
