Now, your role: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans and programming for clients on their caseload as described by the fundamental responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
• Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
• Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
• Support internal curriculum and clinical resources
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week

Required Skills/Abilities

• Provide supervision and parent training
• Efficiently use company technology for internal communications and data tracking
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments
• Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check

Experience and Qualifications

• A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required
• A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
• Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
