Clinical Supervisor - ASD

GPAC has partnered with a mission-driven Minnesota-based organization to identify their next

Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP).

The organization is seeking candidates passionate about on helping individuals with autism reach their full potential.

Responsibilities :
Provide clinical supervision to a team of dedicated professionals
Develop and implement behavior therapy treatment plans
Conduct behavioral, functional, and psychometric evaluations
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Essential Job Functions :

Demonstrate knowledge of professional and ethical clinical standards
Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior change
Conduct research and contribute to the advancement of the field
Communicate effectively with team members and families
Travel to worksites and offices using a personal vehicle
Skills:

State of MN licensure (LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC)
Strong understanding of behavior therapy and ASD
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
