We are looking for a skilled Superintendent with extensive experience in commercial construction, particularly in data centers and life sciences, as well as a background in restaurant, retail, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a robust commitment to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Superintendent Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site operations for a range of commercial construction projects, including data centers, life sciences facilities, restaurants, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and hotels.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Enforce safety protocols and guarantee compliance with all health and building regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and promptly address any issues that arise.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and designers throughout the construction process.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.

Superintendent Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with specific expertise in data centers, life sciences, restaurant, retail, healthcare, or hospitality projects.
Proven track record of managing successful projects across these diverse sectors.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately.
Knowledge of local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
