The Systems Coordinator
is an integral member of our Technology team, providing administrative support to both departmental and corporate initiatives. This role primarily focuses on implementing software system updates to maintain data integrity. By creating and validating reports in Tableau and Excel, the Systems Coordinator delivers real-time data to various administrative teams including Client Services, Human Resources, and Compliance. Additionally, the Systems Coordinator will engage in special projects assigned to the Product, Systems, and Data Analytics team.
This position reports to the Director of Systems.
Responsibilities:
Create user-friendly dashboards in Tableau to streamline processes across departments.
Validate reports generated in Tableau by Business Analysts and Junior Data Analysts.
Produce detailed ad hoc Excel reports upon request.
Update and deliver structured Excel reports on a regular schedule.
Conduct system audits and implement updates to ensure data integrity in systems like Salesforce, Central Reach, and Litmos.
Assist with data updates in software systems prompted by process changes, new software releases, and other modifications.
Manage employee data uploads, updates, and maintenance in software systems.
Support departmental projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Experience creating basic reports and dashboards from managed data sources in Tableau.
Proficient in building complex Excel reports, utilizing functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.
Detail-oriented approach for thorough review of system data integrity and report validation.
Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, managing multiple projects and priorities with effective documentation tools, plans, and timelines.
Self-motivated with a consistent, reliable, and punctual work ethic.
Excellent communication skills for discussing project progress, obstacles, and ideas.
Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude, capable of building rapport and trust with colleagues while aligning with team priorities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
