Our growing insurance company is currently searching for a highly analytical and professional Insurance Agent to join our team. If you're a talented and sales-minded professional with a passion for the insurance industry, then we're interested in you. Your goal is to contact the clients we provide you with leads, generate new business, and building referrals from those clients. We have a program that will help you be successful in lead generation for referrals. In addition to having excellent communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from our market lead development and collecting referrals.
Recommend risk management strategies, customize programs to cover client risks
Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans
Respond to clients' insurance-related questions and issues
Requirements:
No previous experience needed but Life and Health License preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED as we are willing to assist with the licensing process
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficient in computers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: verbal and listening
