Are you an energetic Customer Service Representative looking to leverage your awesome skills in customer service and teamwork?

Adecco is seeking a *_Customer Service Representative_* to join their clients team in *_Union City, CA_* .

*_What youll do:_*

+ Assist customers and business partners through telephone and email communications.

+ Professionally handle customer complaints, providing effective solutions with a calm demeanor.

+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction.

+ Monitor delivery routes to track progress and ensure timely service.

+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps for accuracy and quality control.

+ Process order changes, cancellations, and other modifications as requested.

*_Qualifications:_*

+ *_Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint._*

+ *_A high school diploma or equivalent._*

+ *_1+ year of experience in a related field, preferably in a call center environment._*

+ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.

+ Excellent multitasking abilities and exceptional organizational skills.

+ Capacity to thrive under pressure and consistently deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

*_This role is On-site in Union City, CA. Thus, open to candidates in/around/near Union City, CA._*

*Pay Details:* $20.00 per hour
