The Rams are looking for an Employee Experience Intern to assist with a variety of HR projects-including recruitment, employee engagement, and HRIS maintenance-while working in a fast-paced, sports-driven environment. The Employee Experience Intern will get a behind-the-scenes look at how our HR team supports the success of our organization and keeps our people motivated and engaged. The internship provides hands-on experience and a unique chance to learn from HR professionals within a high-energy, industry-leading organization that thrives on teamwork.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
    Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Onboarding Assistance:
    Help prepare welcome packages for new hires, assist with orientation sessions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for part-time and full-time additions.
  • Employee Records Management:
    Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • HR Projects:
    Participate in various Employee Experience projects, such as college outreach, analysis of annual data reports (internal, NFL, state mandated, etc.), tracking team expenses, and more.
  • HRIS Support:
    Organize employee data and processes within the company's HRIS (i.e., onboarding, title changes, etc.).
  • Collaboration:
    Contribute ideas and discussions with the Employee Experience team to assist in resolving any employee related matters.
Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):
  • 0 - 1 year experience in any area of Human Resources
  • Desire to grow in and pursue the Human Resources field
  • Capable to work in a professional and confidential manner
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Efficiently work in a fast-paced and flexible environment
  • Personal transportation to and from the office/offsite events
  • Required to physically be in the office three days a week (flexible on days/times)
  • The internship is expected to be from January - July 2025
  • Ability to work 20 - 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related fields required
Salary:
$16.50/hr.
