Redan LLC is looking for a


to be part of a growing team.

The


will support full systems life cycle applications development on various computer platforms, including a variety of client eligibility and recertification systems, employment/work engagement services, and claims systems with established standards, ensuring all solutions align with the agency's mission and objectives.

Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be adaptive to the changing needs of the organization. This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Business Analyst at Redan, you will:
Co-ordinate Testing of application.
Develop test cases and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate QA testing and acceptance between QA staff, developers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the development and enhancement of rental assistance programs.
Implement information technology quality assurance standards.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop comprehensive functional specifications and business process documentation in Azure to guide development teams in building new functionalities.
Perform impact assessments documenting to ensure that the enhancements lead to seamless communication between systems by liaising with business stakeholders, and technical teams (Development and QA), as necessary in fulfilling the department goals and objectives.
Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and testable.
Develop business and technical requirements.
Create the System Design that the Developers will use to create the system enhancements.
Identify user stories and translate them into technical requirements as required.
Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverable functionality.
Review the requirements with the stakeholders for their approval.
Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination.
Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.
Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time.
Profile of Success

Required:

Minimum 4 Years Experience in requirement gathering, business process modelling and conducting user acceptance testing.
Minimum 4 Years Experience in Gap, Feasibility, SQL and Data Analysis.
Minimum 4 Years Experience in Business Analysis and Project Methodologies, SCRUM and Agile Development Methodologies.
Minimum 4 Years Experience in designing workflow and process flow, preparing BRD, FRD, SRS documents.
Minimum 4 Years Understanding of IT Systems and Process Optimization
Conditions of Employment

US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
A minimum of 4 years' position-related experience is required.
Must be able to work on-site.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
