As the face of our resort, your friendly and professional interactions with guests will be vital, whether on the deck, over the phone, or as a knowledgeable Host/Hostess at each course. Responsive to guests' inquiries and requests while closely monitoring caddie compliance will be essential for success.

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve and the new Shorty's opened in 2024. What You'll Do:

Be the team's heartbeat: Foster a positive culture where morale is high, and service is exceptional.
Engage with guests: Welcome them like an old friend, explain caddie services, and answer questions on deck, phone, or radio.
Keep the wheels turning: Coordinate caddie assignments, ensure timely transport to our courses, and easily tackle last-minute adjustments.
Set the standard: Ensure caddies follow our policies and uniform code, providing guidance when needed.
Communicate like a pro: Collaborate with pro shops, guests, and on-course supervisors to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Bring:

A passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or the golf industry (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency with basic computer tools (word processing and spreadsheets).
A positive attitude, a professional demeanor, and a knack for teamwork.
Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.

What You'll Need:

Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
The ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
A readiness to work in indoor and outdoor settings, rain or shine.
