A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide expertise in administering and enhancing mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot applications to enhance internal customer satisfaction
Coordinate testing and configure core banking systems for new products
Resolve application alerts and errors to ensure high application uptime
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Three years of experience in application support for a complex environment
Experience in banking systems is highly preferred
Must reside in WA, OR, ID, UT, AZ, NV, WY, AK, or TX
