Job Overview:

The Analyst, Advisory Operations/Advisory Billing, provides problem-solving, reporting, project and training support to their respective team for the department's required processes. The Analyst will handle more complex billing inquiries and cases, as well as support work that crosses into other teams within LPL.

Responsibilities:

Must have the ability to communicate complex issues both in writing and verbally to management and internal/external vendors and customers. Must be able to provide oversight of existing processes and mitigate risk against future firm impact.
Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review.
Project testing and implementation
Support leadership on multiple and possibly overlapping projects.
Reengineer existing processes for improved experience and accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in the brokerage and financial services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Limited evening and weekend availability
Core Competencies:

Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Preferences:

Strong customer service skills
FINRA licensing a plus

Pay Range:
$23.89-$39.81/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
