JOB DETAILS:
Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team.
This is a key management/technical position that serves customers in a highly regulated environment.
The Company produces uniquely-designed hardened structures which are subject to various governmental regulations and various building codes, including state , local , and IBC building codes.
Consideration of logistical factors for transportation, off loading and installation are required.
All of these factors are to be considered for each customer project.
Direct the creation of electrical and mechanical design and drawings related to fabricated concrete products, including buildings and wall systems.
Manage the internal electrical and mechanical designers.
Works with customers, and internal project managers, to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance with customer specifications, company standards and building codes.
Works with production, purchasing and sales teams to enhance cost and operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Management of Electrical and Mechanical Designers
Continual improvement of the electrical and mechanical design talent
Interaction with the Customers and the Sales, Production, Purchasing and Quality Assurance Teams
Coordination of State Approvals and Third-Party Inspections
