Account Executive
Location : Remote
The Account Executive is a businessperson who understands and manages the delicate balance of driving profitable growth of our business within defined accounts, ensuring high-quality project delivery, meeting financial and timeline targets while optimizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The Account Executive is a critical and senior role at the heart of Sapiens' customer-facing operations. The effective and efficient execution of the Account Executive role governs the overall business performance of the company. The Account Executive has end to end responsibility and accountability for all account components and has the responsibility to orchestrate all of them together as a one team.
What you'll do:
Customer Management:
Understand Customer and business strategies and how these align to industry trends, discuss value propositions.
Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with our customers.
Proactively identify and address customer requirements, needs and expectations.
Turn identified pain points into opportunities for value creation and improvement. Act as the voice of the customer within Sapiens, championing their needs and priorities across the organization.
Facilitate meaningful discussions to align strategies, actions, and outcomes.
Operations:
Develop and execute the account's strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
Operational excellence/cost and forecasting management.
Collaborate closely with sales to drive profitable growth: implement a "Land & Expand" strategy, upselling and cross-selling to achieve sustainable business growth.
Strive for financial excellence by balancing customer satisfaction with profitability.
Ensure adherence to Customer Business Systems and PMO standards, tools and processes
Ensure the seamless delivery of programs and services on time, with high quality, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
Contract management and commercials
Skills and Experience:
15+ years of experience in the IT industry. Experience in the insurance industry - a plus.
Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to play the role of a trusted advisor to customer executives.
Proven experience of consistently achieving and exceeding multiyear, annual and quarterly business and financial targets.
Experience with all aspects of project management practices.
A history of delivering projects meeting requirements, on schedule and on budget.
Experience working in a global, matrix organization, excellent relationship with peers.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to manage and prioritize concurrent work assignments.
Motivated to succeed with a can-do approach.
