The Spa & Wellness industry is constantly evolving and Wellness tourism is the fastest growing sector of tourism thus the Spa & Wellness consumer has become more sophisticated and will continue to demand more advanced offerings. MSpa core concept is reflective of such change and focuses on modern and aesthetic as well as holistic and alternative options.

Changing Spa to a probability as opposed to a chance experience for majority of our guests, we offer customizable options including demographic and location driven Wellness. This includes Wellness programs through in-house concepts which pays homage to the company heritage, as well as collaborations with well-known Wellness providers and Medi Spa companies.

• Sales Strategy & Execution
• :Define and execute sales strategy working closely with spa and medical team, hotel management team, corporate spa & wellness, corporate marketing, PR and commercial team.
• Develop and deliver strategic plans to grow the business by establishing collaborations and contracting new businesses.
• Submit and complete monthly sales activity plan.
• Carry on the sales working with business contacts, list of prospects, companies and corporations.
• Focus on assertively establishing new client contacts and developing detailed information on the potential revenues from these accounts.
• Trade Shows, Consumer Fairs & Exhibitions
• :Identify and attend trade shows, consumer fairs, travel functions and medical wellness exhibitions to actively promote the business and achieve sales target.
• Provide a monthly report about all sales activities and business trends.
• Handle sales events, exhibitions and sales trips upon budget plan.
• Introduce and update key and select travel agents through join and sole sales calls.
• Business Development
• : Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, event sponsorships, and membership growth initiatives.
• Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the Longevity Hub's network and generate leads.
• Business Relationships
• : In charge of establishing outstanding business relationships with companies and potential partners, members and customers, keeping regular and effective communications via meetings, calls and EDMs etc.
• Arrange and propose educational site visits for travel agents, product managers, reservation staff, travel departments, tour operators and incentive agencies.
• Handle all incoming inquiries from the trade, consumer and media locally & internationally.
• Business Conversions
• :Meet with VIPs, influencers, event organisers to increase business conversion. Create and implement packages and promotions for off peak days & time slots. Drive opportunities to up sell spa and medical services, memberships, packages and programs.
• Guest Relationship Management
• :Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with high-end guests, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations. Ensuring exceptional guest service standards are upheld and address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Collateral and Presentations
• : Collaborating with Clinique La Prairie's corporate marketing team which is based in Switzerland to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase the Longevity Hub's unique offerings and value proposition. Ensuring all sales materials are up-to-date, accurate, and tailored to the target audience.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting
• :Monitoring sales performance, key metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market insights for senior management. Collecting and analysing market data to drive growth and build guest loyalty.

• :Working closely with other departments, including operations, event planning, and membership services, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional member experiences.
