This position is responsible for forecasting activities associated with customers and products by incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, sales analysts, and other sources to ensure we have a proper stock of products to sell.
• What will you do?*
• Demand & Supply planning
• Collaborate with Sales team, Marketing team and FP&A to project Sales forecast 18 - 36 months
• Analyze, clarify and challenge sales forecast against inventory level
• Participate in S&OP meeting
• Maintain master data in IBP SAP system. Monitor SKU phase-in phase-out
• Proceed demand planning and supply network planning in IBP system
• Monitor actual sales volume and inventory level.
• Identify potential product write-off. Work with sales team to minimize the write-offs
• Provide actual arrival shipment and tax stamp report to finance team
• Calculate production volume to align with sale forecast and optimize inventory level
• Production alignment & Shipment schedule
• Review and align production schedule with factory
• Follow up production plan and monitor output to arrange shipments
• Align shipment schedules with indirect tax team for customs clearance purposes
• Reconcile tax stamp usage and balance with factory
• Be a key contact person for production, additional projects and quality matters
• Lead monthly meeting with factory (Global Supply Chain - GSC) and Global Business Services (GBS) team
• Lead quarterly meeting with factory to identify corrective and preventive actions
• New Product Development (NPD)
• Collaborate with Marketing team and NPD Global Business Services (GBS) related to project progress. Provide information related demand & supply planning activities
• Maintain new SKU data in IBP SAP system; ensuring all information is accurate
• Tax Stamp Purchase Planning
• Manage tax stamp purchasing plan, document creation to align with sales forecast at optimal level
• Coordinate with indirect tax team to supply tax stamps to factory for production as agreed
• Other (if applicable)
• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
• Who are we looking for?*
• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other relevant courses
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics
• Excellent English communication skills and native Thai language fluency are required
• Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Forecasting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in SAP
• Experience with IBP or SNP APO
