The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment life cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding new hires.
The role ensures that the organization attracts top talent, aligns with workforce needs, and provides a seamless onboarding experience, contributing to employee engagement and retention.
Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes to attract high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions based on organizational requirements.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as a preferred employer.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions.
Oversee candidate pipeline management and ensure timely hiring to meet business objectives.
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires are properly integrated into the company.
Coordinate pre-boarding activities such as document collection and background checks.
Facilitate orientation sessions and provide necessary resources for new employees.
Ensure all onboarding materials and processes are up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
Use data analytics to monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations during the hiring and onboarding process.
Develop and train a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring their continuous development and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications and Education RequirementBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent assessment, and onboarding processes.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software.
SkillsProven experience in talent acquisition within an IT company or a technology-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Experience in employer branding and building relationships with external partners.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Proficiency in various sourcing methods, including social media recruiting, headhunting, and networking in the IT sector.#
