We are looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for a variety of goods and services, with a strong focus on IT procurement (hardware, software, etc.).
This role involves sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
Develop sourcing strategies for IT and non-IT products.Identify and evaluate suppliers; negotiate contracts and favorable terms.Manage procurement lifecycle:
requisition, purchase order, delivery, and payment.Track spending patterns and optimize costs.Collaborate with internal teams to meet diverse procurement needs.Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with policies.Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.Qualifications:
3-6+ years of procurement experience, with a focus on IT.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Familiarity with procurement software and contract law.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
