Summary:
To participate and input actively to the strategy, ensuring the in-field execution in order to realize the strategic sales goals of the J&J Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
To carry out a strong MCPoA to maximize the output in the market and ensure the execution in the field.
To carry out a proactive and systematic market and competitor analysis in order to achieve the sales targets, and to proactively come up with tactics to further improve and adjust the execution in the field.
Accountability and control of the departmental budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the business plan.
To train the sales unit according to the market requirements and the credo values of the company so that they can perform by benefiting from their skills and know-how.
To provide stronger relations with the customer channels for the benefit of the company strategies; to carry out segmentation and targeting activities together with Product Managers; to pay dual visits in order to control this process; to visit the customers (doctors, pharmacists, etc.) within their districts; to make assessments for the sake of company interests; to establish good connections and to develop them.
Actively scan the market for upcoming changes to ensure readiness of the organization and to increase the performance of the sales team.
To protect and develop the business by taking the right measures based upon the changing healthcare environment.
To be a partner of the internal Stakeholders like Distribution Management, Product Management, and Business Unit Director to ensure market feedback and smooth processes.
To implement the launch plans of any new product in the market through partnering with key stakeholders and influencers in order to create medical buy-in and penetration.
Ability to lead the team through significant changes cultivating teamwork across local and department teams to ensure meeting all targets & metrics.
To identify and develop talents, setting the ideal development plans and maximizing J&J pool of talents.
Strong contact with all external stakeholders to facilitate sales in all channels.
Following up J&J Fleet Safety policies and procedures.
Comply with local laws & HCC guidelines, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Policy on Business Conduct (PBC).
Report Adverse Event & product quality complaints as per J&J Pharmacovigilance guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
7+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Understanding of the local market is preferred.
A strong performance track record.
Fluency in English is required.
Customer Centric Mind-set.
Ability to plan and prioritize own work weekly, monthly for reporting purposes and to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Problem solving & decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
Leadership and Negotiation skills.
Highly ethical standards and follows JNJ credo.
