This role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia hybrid.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Supporting the Saudi CEO with diary management, building relationships with our clients, particularly at EA/PA level, travel management, including arranging travel itineraries and visas, including for senior executives visiting the region.Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, from the workings of IT equipment to staff working conditions and team environment.Carrying out legal entity officer duties which includes supporting actions relating to governance requirements of the subsidiary.Provides on-site support to Company Secretariat for the quarterly Board Risk Committee meetings and the Board meetings and act as Liaison with independent directors.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
6+ years of total work experience.Experience in financial services.Fluently spoken and written Arabic and English and be able to conduct business in the language.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
