The Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, including recruitment, client relationship management, and strategic planning.Key Accountability Areas:
Collaborate with Hiring Managers on manpower planning and hiring.Determine selection criteria with Line Managers.Establish and foster long-term client relationships within the industry, particularly with governmental entities.Conduct training needs assessments and provide training solutions.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows).Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new development opportunities.Educational Background:
