The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a (Senior) EDI Team Leader (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading: teams related electronic ordering and other electronic outbound documents scope; leading, coordinating and aligning with business the portfolio of EDI projects as well as coordinating various meetings and activities to ensure smooth electronic documents flow, including engagement of EDI vendors, team, and internal stakeholders;

• Implementing: improvements; ways to enhance process documentation; actions to drive teams towards best service delivery

• Determining and supporting development of employees; performance tracking, operational team's growth

• Supporting escalations and driving corrective actions; business

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and EDI, OCR tool(s) and online store as well as SAP professional experience and experience in teams' coordination and management

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• SalesForce, ServiceNow or other ticketing tools experience

• Experience in working with EDI suppliers

• Experience with iDOC monitoring, mapping projects, electronic invoicing standards and other outbound documents

• Experience in transitions

• Project management experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating tasks

• Demonstrated detailed orientation and enjoy working with operational processes

• Collaborative Team player with improvement mindset

• Analytical thinking

• Foreign Language skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in IT/ management/ supply chain from an accredited institution

• Skills related development in reporting and analytics tools (like PBI)

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wrocław MidPoint 71 at least 1 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
