Within Vattenfall's Staff Function People & Culture, the unit People Services delivers services to all Business Areas and Staff Functions for payroll, HR administration, master data management, reporting/people analytics and offers support through both a self-service portal and a contact center/service desk (HR Direct).HR Direct is the first point of entry for all HR processes through the HR portal and service desks.In Poland, Vattenfall has offices in Katowice and Gliwice for mainly groupwide IT services.
Last year we started in Katowice a small hub for HR services, both for transactional tasks as for a limited set of English spoken services:
the People Services Common Delivery team.What will you do?Vattenfall is looking for a HR Direct Expert who will deliver first line support to employees, managers and HR business partners.Your tasks and responsibilities:
Performing sample checks/controls on expense claims.Providing English spoken support for the Performance, Learning & Development process.Supporting external contractors.Working with different HR systems, including SAP and ServiceNow.LocationKatowice.
The team works in hybrid mode and meets at least once a week in the office in Katowice.QualificationsWho are you?Have a Bachelor's degree.Have knowledge of HR processes.Have experience in first-level support/being first point of contact for employees and line managers.Are fluent in English (both spoken and written).Are a self-starter.Embody our experience principles:
