Junior Finance Specialist

Company Description
We are looking for a Junior Finance Specialist to join our Continuous Improvement team in Poznań.
Responsibilities:

Providing daily support for accounting administrative operations including documentation, tools management and access control,
Providing support in ongoing projects (training plans , tools),
Managing the Accounting Knowledge Repository - including administration and ad-hoc updates (e.g. process procedures, technical instructions and process diagrams),
Maintaining the Finance internal Allegro Home Page,
Preparing, analyzing and distributing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
Assisting with the implementation of process changes/standardizations and improvements,
Supporting the automation of finance processes using the UiPath environment
Collaborating daily with the accounting sections including Accounts Receivable , Accounts Payable, Payments, and Record To Report,

Knowledge of Google Workspace ( GDrive,Gsheet, GDocs) or Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of Polish and English languages (minimum B1)
