Na czym będzie polegać Twoja praca?
Na co dzień będziesz koordynować pracę zespołu w Sortowni przesyłek kurierskich.
Będziesz wyznaczać cele, motywować i 'rozliczać' pracowników do realizacji postawionych zadań.
Zajmiesz się efektywną organizacją załadunku i rozładunku transportów.
Będziesz odpowiadać za prawidłowe i terminowe sortowanie przesyłek na odpowiednie oddziały.
Zajmiesz się procesowaniem przesyłek uszkodzonych zgodnie z przyjętymi procedurami.
Twoim zadaniem będzie eliminowanie przestojów oraz optymalizacja procesów magazynowych.
Na co dzień będziesz współpracować z innymi działami w firmie, m.in. z działem transportu, oddziałami kurierskimi.
Będziesz wspierać swój zespół w codziennych zadaniach.
Będziesz raportować do Managera wyniki pracy zespołu.
