HR Operations Associate

Responsible for supporting people services.
Delivers excellence in HR administration and services, resolve queries and provides information and systems administration support to employees.Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues on HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Responds to queries submitted by employees in accordance with service level agreements.Provide guidance to people leaders and colleagues on all aspects of the employee life cycle.Generate employment documents and maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with data protection legislation.Liaise with Payroll team to ensure different data are processed in line with payroll cut off dates.Work closely with other People Functions (Global Mobility, Benefits, TA, etc) to provide support and guidance on processes and assist with administration.Provide Workday support, resolve issues, and provide resolutions to collaborators.Support new joiners' onboarding processes.Qualification and Experience:
HR or consultative experience, particularly in areas relating to HR Systems, HR Operations, or Employee Relations.Excellent attention to detail and process orientation.Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow.Good understanding of HR policies and procedures.Good written and verbal communication skills.Very good command of spoken and written English and Polish is a must.Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to defined processes and procedures.Strong analytic, consultative, and collaboration skills.Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.Ability to be flexible, multitask and rise to the challenge of large volumes of work during peak periods of HR activity and the ability to deal with changing priorities.Resourceful and able to effectively navigate through a highly matrixed, global organization.YOUR PACKAGE WHEN JOINING GDYNIA TEAM:
