They collaborate with client HR teams, executives, and key stakeholders to create exceptional HR services tailored to their specific requirements.YOUR TASKSEngagement Management:
manage the full scope of client engagements, from planning to resourcing, governance and delivery.Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies in HR service delivery for diverse clients.Technology Integration:
Collaborate with client IT and HRIS teams to integrate technology and automation to enhance HR service delivery for various organizations.Change Management:
Lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new service models for each client, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that HR service models comply with the specific laws and regulations applicable to each client and implement risk mitigation strategies as needed.Business Case construction:
in close collaboration with client leadership stakeholders, create business case models to identify required change, effort and investments and balance these against expected returns on investment and benefit achievements.YOUR PROFILEAcademic excellency:
bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Human Resources.Industry knowledge:
a minimum of 5 years of practical project experience in the field of HR transformation and minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience.Experience in HR Technology Implementation:
Proven track record of successfully implementing HR technology solutions, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR software, to enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience.Consulting experience:
practical experience in project management in the HR environment, with extensive experience in HR process design, optimization, and transformation.Conceptual talent:
rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work.Communication and presentation skills:
fluent in English (written and spoken).
