BIM Modeller / MEP / Revit Expert

BIM Modeller / MEP / Revit ExpertNewCold needs a new BIM modeller in Autodesk Revit specialised in MEP (mechanical electrical plumbing)! Excellent competences of Autodesk Revit Family editor is required, as well as an understanding of engineering, architecture and project development process.
You will be required to work closely with our BIM Managers and Design & Engineering Team, modelling Revit Objects (Revit Families) mainly for MEP disciplines requested by team members and external suppliers.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in this field as well as good communication ability.
The candidate must have good attention to detail.

Follow international ISO 19650 series standardsFollow NewCold BEP - BIM Execution Plan requirementsWork in international environmentMeet deadlinesCollaborate with other BIM Experts and Engineers on projectsWork with Revit Family Editor on daily basis creating objects for NewCold projectsLeading project BIM model development based on project stages requirementsRequired knowledge, competences, skills and qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBachelor's degree or master's degree (Engineering or Architecture)Strong collaborative and interpersonal skillsKeen attention to detailAdvanced knowledge and proficiency using model authoring software such as RevitAt least 3-4 years experience in Revit Objects Modelling (Revit Family Editor)Create Revit Formulas and ConditionalsExperience in working with IFC open file formatAbility to understand and create technical drawings and plansTime-management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesAdditionally good to have:
Experience in Navisworks ManageKnowledge of advanced Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methodsExperience in rendering and animation software such as Blender, TwinMotion, LumionAre you up for the job?
