The Role | Te mahi
We are seeking a flexible and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our friendly kitchen team at the new waterfront restaurant Hiku, Sudima Kaikōura. This is a casual role with an hourly rate of $23.15 per hour.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa

Supporting with stock deliveries
Washing dishes and cleaning in the kitchen
Working in a reliable and timely manner
Helping with basic food preparation
Following the guidance of the Senior chefs
Following and enforcing strict health and hygiene standards
About you | Ko koe tenei

Enjoy practical work.
Ability to work quickly and safely with minimal supervision.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Ability to lift heavy pots etc.
Be enthusiastic and show initiative
Flexible to work rostered shifts over a 7 day week including public holidays and weekends.
Current valid rights to work in New Zealand.
