The Role This is a career-defining opportunity to collaborate closely with the CFO, making a significant impact on Open Country's commercial strategy while positioning yourself for future career advancement.
Leading financial planning and analysis (FPA) to support commercial growth, sales, and operations.
Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of five commercial professionals.
Shaping strategic direction through business partnering and insights across forecasting, budgeting, milk price modelling, FX, capex proposals, and more.
Driving key projects, including implementing a budgeting tool and ERP system.
Engaging directly with the Board, contributing to high-level discussions.
Optimising workflows, enhancing systems, and driving operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For We're seeking an exceptional leader with:

A proven ability to connect, inspire, and lead teams, building strong relationships across the business.
Outstanding commercial acumen, demonstrated by a track record of driving growth and delivering impactful insights.
A collaborative, adaptable approach with experience across manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries.
Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CA preferred) and a commitment to continuous learning.
You'll report to a highly regarded CFO who is deeply invested in mentoring and sharing their expertise to support your growth.
