As a Senior Software Engineer Integration - TibcoCE within our Engineering API team in IT, you bring your passion for technology, problem-solving mindset, and technical expertise to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. You thrive in a data-driven environment, enjoy mentoring other engineers, and are open to learning new methodologies and tools.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing API services and migrating or redeveloping legacy services from ESB to the iPAAS platform.
• Contributing to the governance layer to expedite API development.
• Designing and implementing the API marketplace.
• Collaborating across teams to influence and enhance technology direction.
• Building integrations between systems and business processes, using innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Engaging in significant interaction with various parts of the business, both internally and externally.
• Providing input into design, operations, test support, and strategic decisions for almost every technical initiative conceived by the business.
• Ensuring the seamless delivery of high-availability systems critical to keeping the business operational.
• Proactively communicating and collaborating across different professional and social levels to drive successful outcomes.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, REST APIs, Web Services, TIBCO BPM, and TIBCO Container Edition.
• Expertise in system design and impact analysis, including UML, sequence diagrams, and facilitation flows.
• Proven experience building API gateways, developer portals, marketplaces, and microservices.
• Hands-on proficiency in Java or C++.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS design, SQL, and UNIX operating systems.
• Proven ability to set or influence technical direction and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to balance technical work with business priorities.
• Team-oriented, with a track record of delivering impactful work across teams.
• Ability to take responsibility for ensuring systems are delivered optimally and meet high availability requirements.

Nice-to-Have Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
• Telecom domain experience.
• Industry certifications in relevant technologies.
