Word Technisch Specialist Binnendienst bij Welzorg en ondersteun monteurs, klantenservice en klanten met jouw expertise!Wat ga je doen?Als Technisch Specialist Binnendienst maak je deel uit van het Servicedesk Engineering team, een dynamisch team bestaande uit Planners, Klantcontact- en Administratiemedewerkers, én Technisch Specialisten zoals jij.
Samen zorgen jullie voor een soepele en efficiënte dienstverlening binnen de serviceketen.Jij bent dé kennisbron en sparringpartner voor onze servicemonteurs, opdrachtgevers en eindgebruikers van zorghulpmiddelen.
Jouw dagelijkse taken:
Het oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken en vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.
Het bestellen van de juiste onderdelen en deze koppelen aan klantdossiers.
Samenwerken met collega's binnen- en buitendienst om optimale service te leveren.

Jij haalt energie uit het overdragen van kennis en streeft ernaar om elke dag beter te worden.
Verder beschik je over:
Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, met een opleiding in techniek.
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in elektrotechniek, hydrauliek of een vergelijkbaar werkgebied.
Kennis van ICT-programma's en ervaring met Agile/Scrum of Lean-werkwijzen.Wat kan je van ons verwachten?Bij Welzorg krijg je de kans om écht het verschil te maken, met:
