We are looking for a talented Talent Coordinator to join our client's team in Amsterdam. In the role, you will be responsible for delivering high-touch, efficient interview logistics in close collaboration and partnership with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, panellists, executive assistants, and peer talent coordinators.
Job Profile for Talent Coordinator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate and manage interview schedules with precision, ensuring they reflect the company culture
Incorporate local cultural nuances thoughtfully into the process
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, interview panellists, and executive assistants to ensure alignment and seamless communication
Respond promptly and adapt to changes in pace, volume, and strategy while maintaining a people-first approach
Handle all logistics with immaculate attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked or missed
Maintain thoroughness in every aspect of the workflow
Communicate with all stakeholders, providing the right information to the right people at the right time
Operate independently, demonstrating a self-driven approach to achieving goals and delivering high-quality results
Identify areas for improvement and take action to optimise processes
Identify potential roadblocks and swiftly rally resources to provide effective solutions
Offer options to partners when issues arise and execute decisions efficiently
Find the most efficient way to coordinate interviews while creating a positive and memorable experience for candidates and stakeholders alike
Improve processes to deliver exceptional outcomes
Candidate Profile for Talent Coordinator
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficient with GoogleWorkspace and familiar with recruiting technology
Detail-orientated with excellent prioritisation skills
Natural problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong verbal and written communicator
Solutions-oriented, understanding situations and asking the right questions to resolve issues using available resources
Committed to delivering exceptional experiences to both candidates and internal stakeholders
Confident in liaising and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders (TA, Assistants, Interviewers, Candidates)
Able to multitask and handle volume under pressure
