Als Customer Service Agent (D2C) ben je deel van het Customer Service team dat instaat voor de support aan onze eindconsumenten.
Dit voor onze brand, retail én partner websites.
Onze contacten verlopen voornamelijk via mail en behandelen vragen rond bestellingen, zendingen, retouren of terugbetalingen maar eveneens issues met de site, product-of maatadviesvragen en kwaliteitsklachten.
Jouw support helpt consumenten bij hun online journey.
Je draagt bij tot een positieve online customer experience.
Je helpt consumenten bij al hun vragen over bestellingen en retouren.
Je ondersteunt de consument bij de zoektocht naar de juiste snit of maat.
Je zorgt voor de opvolging en vlotte afhandeling van openstaande cases.
Je detecteert en registreert alle relevante consumentenfeedback.
Je genoot een hogere taalopleiding.
Je spreekt naast het Nederlands ook vlot Duits en dit in combinatie met Frans of Engels.
Je bent administratief sterk en oplossingsgericht.
Je bent een echte teamplayer:

Je bent nieuwsgierig om te leren werken met verschillende applicaties en systemen.
